This is a beautiful un inked and never used fountain pen that celebrates birth years 1924, 1936,
1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008 and 2020 and would make a special gift for any person either born or graduated in one of these years ; it would really be special as a gift for someone who graduated in one of these years whose colors are blue and gold. Neither the pen nor the Cross paper work and brochure show any signs of handling and the beautiful 23 KT gold-plated inlays of the Chinese rat are perfect.
